Victoria’s Tips for Beginners in the Gym

Don’t compare yourself to others. Many people in the gym have been training for a few months or years.  Don’t compare yourself to their weights, everyone has started at some point. Make a plan Think about how often you can or want to go to the gym per week and make a plan when you train what.  This will help you get into a routine at the beginning.

Start with basic exercises At the beginning, focus on exercises such as squats, deadlifts, etc. This will help you get a good muscle feeling and you will make rapid progress. Document your training  or  your progress Write down your weights with the respective Wdh for each exercise.  – Count up, this will help you to keep track of your progress & will give you extra motivation. Enjoy your training. You can design your training in so many different ways!  But the most important thing is that you have fun.  That way you will stay tuned for the long term.

“Honestly, for me there is no either. I think that you can have both at the same time without having to give up one of the two areas. Because if my partner were to limit my professional activities, it would not be the perfect partner for me.” Victoria Said.

You can’t say that in general. It is important that you eat enough calories throughout your diet, made up of: proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats and vitamins – noodles, rice, coconut.

How do you manage to have such clear skin?

I sometimes ask myself that haha, I think it has a lot to do with genetics Otherwise, diet and drinking enough water often play an important role. – Victoria said.

How do you manage to train so many times a week?

“I think it’s all a matter of priority. If you really want it, you can always integrate sport into everyday life. If necessary, get up earlier in the morning or watch less Netflix in the evening”. – Victoria said.

Victoria’s Everyday weight loss tips

You can only lose 4G weight if you are in a calorie deficit. All weight loss shakes or capsules such as carb blockers etc. are not recommended at all and do nothing to help you lose weight – everyday exercise makes so much of a difference, walk as much as possible or take the time for a walk. Eat more fruit and veg: keeps you fuller for longer & is super nutritious – make sure you’re eating enough protein. If you take in too little protein you will first lose muscle mass and no body fat, which would be counterproductive. (protein also contributes to the feeling of satiety!) Drink more water: “liquid calories” such as juices, soft drinks etc. will make you probably not filling & you unconsciously take in calories without realizing it – be aware that “healthy” foods can also contain a lot of calories (e.g. nuts, oil etc.)
